myACC Mail Client brings personal email, shared mailboxes and team addresses into one Odoo 19 application. Read messages, reply to customers and keep conversations alongside the business records they concern.

Your existing mail accounts

Connect several IMAP/SMTP accounts using SSL/TLS or STARTTLS. Google and Microsoft sign-in is supported through OAuth2.

Email for your team

Shared mailboxes with Viewer, User and Full rights roles. Virtual mailboxes show messages addressed to Odoo aliases such as help@ or purchase@; replies use a linked mail account.

Conversations in context

Attach messages and files to accessible Odoo records or create a record from an email. Available record types depend on installed applications, administrator settings and user permissions.

Everyday email tools

Reply, reply all, forward, To/Cc/Bcc, attachments and HTML signatures. Folders, coloured tags, stars and search by sender, subject, date or attachments. Image and PDF viewing and calendar invitation responses.

Content under your control

Sanitised HTML and isolated message display. Remote images remain blocked until allowed; trusted senders can be configured. Passwords and tokens are stored encrypted.

Connection requirements

For Odoo 19. Requires reachable IMAP/SMTP servers; OAuth needs Google/Microsoft configuration and provider permissions. Virtual addresses require a configured Odoo incoming mail gateway or catchall and an account for sending. Python dependencies: cryptography and lxml. Commercial myACC licence.
